Directions:
Steep tea in 8-12 ounces of freshly boiled water for 15 minutes.
Cover while steeping. Strain well.
Enjoy warm.
Best enjoyed in the evening, during moments of anxiety or restlessness, or anytime you need a quiet pause.
May be taken up to 1-3 times daily as needed.
