  A soft, grounding blend of bergamot, lime, lavender, and sandalwood that quiets the mind, eases tension, and invites a sense of calm presence.

• Pause
  A deeper, settling blend of frankincense, ylang ylang, vetiver, and mandarin - created for moments that ask you to slow down, steadying the mind and bringing you back to center.

• Breathe Easy
  A clearing, supportive blend of German chamomile, bay laurel, lemon, and eucalyptus - designed to help open the breath and bring ease during seasonal shifts or moments when breathing feels restricted.

How to Use:

• Remove the cap and hold inhaler just below your nose about 2 inches and take slow, deep breaths for 30-60 seconds

• Use as needed throughout the day.

• For best results, keep the inhaler capped when not in use and store in a cool, dry place.

• Created to be returned to again and again, each inhaler typically lasts around 2-3 months with regular use and proper storage .
