Leaf Me Alone - Greenhouse Guardian
Natural Greenhouse Pest Care
16 oz Trigger Spray Bottle
A guardian of the roots, watching over what grows.
Sometimes catching the first signs is enough. Other times, pests have already settled in and a little more oomph is needed.
Leaf Me Alone — Greenhouse Guardian is made for those times when there’s an active pest problem in the greenhouse or garden. It begins with a slowly steeped neem leaf infusion, then combines Castile soap, rosemary and peppermint essential oils with cold-pressed neem oil for a more direct approach to unwanted pests.
The addition of cold-pressed neem oil brings naturally occurring compounds, including azadirachtin, into the blend, offering another layer of plant-powered support against pests that are already causing trouble.
And because knowing what goes on the plants matters just as much as knowing what goes into the products eventually made from them:
No mystery “blends.” No undisclosed “mixes.” Just exactly what’s in the bottle.
Benefits of Each Ingredient:
Neem Leaf Infusion
Neem leaf has a long history of use in natural garden care for helping protect plants from unwanted pests. Its naturally occurring compounds can help deter insects, discourage feeding and make treated foliage less inviting, providing plant-based support while active pest problems are being addressed.
Cold-Pressed Neem Oil
Cold-pressed neem oil contains naturally occurring compounds, including azadirachtin, that can affect the feeding, growth and development of certain insect pests. It can also work through direct contact with some soft-bodied insects, making it particularly useful when pests are already present and a more direct approach is needed.
Castile Soap
Castile soap helps the blend spread more evenly across leaves, stems and other plant surfaces for better contact and coverage. On direct contact, soap can also disrupt the protective outer coating of soft-bodied insects such as aphids, adding another layer of support against active pest problems.
Rosemary Essential Oil
Rosemary essential oil contains strongly aromatic naturally occurring compounds that can help repel and discourage certain garden pests. Its herbal aroma helps make treated plants less inviting to unwanted insects while complementing the pest-deterring properties of neem.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil is commonly used as a natural insect deterrent because of its strong menthol-rich aroma. It can help repel and discourage unwanted pests while adding another aromatic layer of plant-based pest support.
Directions:
Shake very well before and during use, as natural separation of the cold-pressed neem oil may occur.
Spray affected foliage when active pest activity is present, paying particular attention to the undersides of leaves, new growth, stems and other areas where pests are visible or tend to gather. Thorough, even coverage is more important than heavily saturating the plant.
Apply in the early morning or evening. Avoid spraying during the hottest part of the day or in direct sunlight.
When using on a plant for the first time, test a small area and observe before applying more broadly.
Use as needed while pest activity is present rather than as an everyday spray.
Care & Storage
Best kept refrigerated between uses to help maintain the freshness of the herbal infusion.
Natural separation of the cold-pressed neem oil may occur. This is normal. Shake very well before and during use to redistribute the ingredients.
Avoid spraying directly onto open flowers when pollinators are present. Neem oil, soaps and essential oils can be harder on some plants, particularly tender new growth or plants already stressed by heat, drought or other conditions. Patch test on a small area before broader application.
Avoid applying to heat-stressed plants or immediately before strong direct sun.
For external plant use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
What Pests Can It Help With?
Greenhouse Guardian is intended for active problems involving common greenhouse and garden pests, including:
Aphids
Whiteflies
Spider mites
Thrips
Mealybugs
Fungus gnats
Scale insects
Other small, soft-bodied insects
When a little more oomph is needed, call in the Guardian.
