Herbal support for sick days and stuffy chests - 4 oz
Quiet Magic is a gentle, loose-leaf respiratory tea designed to support comfortable breathing, soothe irritation in the throat and chest, and promote a sense of ease during times of seasonal stress or environmental irritation.
This loose-leaf blend brings together traditional respiratory herbs and warming roots to gently support the body’s natural clearing processes while calming the breath. It is especially well-suited for moments when breathing feels tight, dry, congested, or fatigued or when the voice and chest need rest.
Directions:
Steep tea in 8-12 ounces of freshly boiled water for 15 minutes
Cover while steeping. Strain well.
Enjoy warm.
Best enjoyed during times of congestion, seasonal illness, or when the chest feels heavy.
May be taken up to 2-3 times daily as needed.
Serving Size:
Strong tea: 1 tablespoon per cup
Mild tea: ½ tablespoon per cup
Makes approximately 60 strong cups or 120 mild cups.
Herbal Composition & Traditional Uses:
Mullein - traditionally used to soothe and protect the respiratory tract while supporting the loosening of excess mucus.
Peppermint - aromatic and cooling, helping open the airways and promote clear, comfortable breathing.
Licorice Root - naturally sweet and demulcent, valued for calming and coating irritated tissues of the throat and chest.
Ginger - warming and stimulating, supporting circulation and helping the herbs move effectively through the body.
Echinacea - traditionally used for short-term immune support, particularly during seasonal transitions.
Together, these herbs create a balanced, gently effective tea that supports respiratory comfort without being harsh or overstimulating.
Quiet Magic is ideal for use during cold and flu season, after vocal strain, or whenever the breath feels unsettled and the body needs gentle support.
