• A sugar, honey, coconut oil, and coffee scrub offers a range of benefits for the skin including exfoliation of dead skin cells, improved blood circulation, skin softening, hydration, antioxidant protection, anti-inflammatory effects and a radiant glow due to the combined properties of each ingredient.

• Sugar provides physical exfoliation, honey acts as a natural humectant, coconut oil moisturizes while removing dead skin cells and evens out skin tone, seals pores and softens the texture of your skin without irritation. Coffee grounds contain antioxidants and caffeine which can help with blood circulation and skin tightening promoting an overall smoother complexion when all the ingredients are used in combination.

• You can mix all the ingredients in the jar, or you can scoop out desired amount, ensuring you grab from each layer, and mix in a separate bowl for easier application.

• Apply to clean, damp face and rub in circular motions. Rinse off with warm water.

• Sweet as Sugar can be used from 1-3 times a week depending on your skin type.

  • For normal to oily skin, 2-3 times a week is recommended.

  • If you have sensitive skin, reduce frequency to once a week.
